Scotland

Scotland is a top destination for a wide range of outdoor and adventure sports. St. Andrews is high on any golfer’s bucket list on top of a myriad of other spectacular courses to choose from. Scotland has also been mentioned as having some of the best mountain biking trails in the UK, especially in the Tweed Valley and Fort William at the Nevis Range. Fort William has hosted many UCI World Cup and World Championship races while the Nevis Range ski-field is also a top ski destination.

Bikepacking also has a big reputation here including the North Coast 500 popular with both pedal-powered and motor-powered visitors. The NC500 starts and finishes in Inverness at a distance of 516 miles. The Great Glen Way is another popular cycling route and is part of Scotland’s Great Trails network.
